How Blair Critch Got Started in Network Marketing

Back in 2009, Blair was a broke kindergarten teacher climbing out of bankruptcy. Her husband was struggling with opioid addiction. She needed to support her family and had no time to waste.

Thatโ€™s when she saw something unusual on Facebook: an online jewelry party. This was before online parties were a thing, but Blair jumped in. With a $250 startup fee her mom gifted her, she hosted her first party and booked 10 more.

Within 2 months, she was making more money than she had in an entire year of teaching.

The Power of Belief and Authentic Sharing

Blair never considered herself a salesperson. But she realized something powerfulโ€”when you love the product and lead with service, it doesnโ€™t feel like selling. It feels like helping.

Her confidence grew not because she became a salesperson, but because she believed in what she was sharing.

Later, in 2014, she transitioned to a health supplement company. This time, it was residual income, and she could work entirely online. The business model clicked, and so did her passion. She began building a six-figure business from her laptopโ€”while still being present for her family.

Why Blair Critch Left Her Long-Time Company

For Blair Critch, it wasnโ€™t a simple decision. She stayed 18 to 20 months longer than she should have out of loyalty to her team.

  • Works in focused, intentional blocksโ€”sometimes with her team on Zoom

She sets a timer. She deletes apps when theyโ€™re distracting (she and her husband removed Uber Eats for the month of May to stay disciplined).
