Step 1: Join a Facebook Group

Invest 20 – 30 minutes each day and engage in Facebook groups

The worse groups are business groups because the people in those groups are there to sell things and promote their business.

They rarely are interested to connect with you and not interested to buy or join your business because they're focused on what they're selling.

They're there to sell and promote their business.

Join a group that is about something you're interested in.

These can be groups related to your interests, passions and hobbies such as gardening, working out, collecting sports cards, youth sports, etc.

2 Reasons Why Interest Groups are the Best

1 ) It's easy for you to provide value and engage because the subject is something you're interested in

2 ) People are not there to sell but to hang out

Go to a post inside the group and use the CLAM Formula

CLAM stands for:

C → Comment on a post

L → Like a post

A → Add the person who posted as a friend

M → Message the person you added and introduce yourself

1 ) Compliment them about what they posted

2 ) Talk about something you have in common with that person

3 ) Ask them a question back

The network marketing lead generation for Instagram is similar to Facebook except that you follow hashtags of your interests and hobbies.

Step 1: Follow Instagram hashtags

Just like Facebook, the worse ones are business related.

Choose interest related and hobby hashtags such as #gardening, #youthsports #parenting, etc.

Step 2: Use the CLAM Formula on Instagram

It's similar to Facebook except that instead of Like and Add, you'll use “Heart” and “Follow” on Instagram but the end result is the same. Just different terminology.

You see a post from a dad posting a hitting drill with his son.

C -> Comment on Post

Comment and then them for that post and tell him how it helped you

L -> Like Their Post

A -> Add him as a Friend

Send them a friend request

M -> Message the Dad

Message them by following this template:

1 ) Compliment on their post

Often people get stuck when reaching out to new people online because they’re afraid they may be ‘using them’ or may come off as not being genuine.

After 2 or 3 exchanges, you can bring up the business and use the network marketing invitation script.

You can simply say,

Never Prejudge Your Prospects!

It's one of the biggest mistakes in network marketing

Make sure you reach out to everyone because you'll never know who will be good.

Some of the top leaders in my business were “lower quality” prospects

while some of the high quality people that joined did nothing.

What determines success is heart and desire and you can never tell from the outside so never prejudge!

Remember your job is to let them know what you're doing and to collect a decision.

Now here are a few tips to help you get higher quality prospects

1 ) You Attract Who You Are

This is the MOST important thing concept for prospecting

You attract who you are.

Think of this…

Upper class usually hang out with upper class

Middle class hang out with middle class

and poor hang out with the poor.

There's a reason for this.

People spend time with people who are similar to them

which means if you want to attract better prospects,

First work on YOURSELF

This may sound mean and offensive

but the reason why you don't have quality prospects is those type of people don't want to hang around you!

→ You have to BE the person that people want to follow and be friends with.

Here are some ways to become better:

• Be more Loving

and

• Be more Consistent

People like to hang out and follow those who are BETTER than them

When you CHANGE,

2 ) Invest in Yourself

The more you'll grow.

3 ) Go Where Successful People Hang Out

Go find higher quality people in your community.

Where do these people hang out?
